Above the ENCORE gallery space, we have 3 apartments of 55m² available for short or long term rental (min. 3 months).

Located in a ’30s modernist building, each apartment is newly renovated. There is one bedroom with a queen size bed, a living room with a convertible sofa bed a fully equipped kitchen and the bathroom.

Everything is set in a simple, elegant & contemporary style. Each room is comfortably furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped (toaster, kettle, french and italian coffee maker, oven, fridge). Each apartment has its own character, combining artworks selected by Alice Gallery with vintage furniture and design furniture by Atelier J&J.

Located in The Sainte Catherine area (Brussels center), you’ll find great restaurants, cafés and bars around the corner, as well as clothing stores, the finest bakery, galleries, museums, bio supermarket, yoga centers, cinemas, theaters, ….
